📦 Shipping Information

  • Processing Time
    Some phone cases are made to order . Please allow 2–4 business days for production before dispatch.

  • UK Shipping
    Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days once your order has been shipped.

  • International Shipping
    For customers outside the UK, delivery may take 10–30 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
    (We’re working to reduce these times as we expand our fulfilment options.)

  • Tracking
    All orders come with a tracking link so you can follow your package until it arrives.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because some our products are made to order and often personalized, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size/model.

However, we happily accept returns or send replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The personalization does not match the details you provided.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Contact VividAura™ Support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Personalized items (with custom text or initials) cannot be resold, so refunds are only issued if there’s a mistake or defect.

  • Delivery times are estimates customs delays or unforeseen shipping issues may occur, but we’ll always support you if problems arise.
