Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from VividAura™. Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.

  • After this window, cancellations may not be possible.


Refunds & Eligibility

  • We only offer refunds in cases of:

    • Items that arrive damaged or defective.

    • Orders that are lost in transit and confirmed by the courier.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • We do not refund items due to change of mind, incorrect device model selection, or minor color variations caused by screen/print differences.


Exchanges

  • As all cases are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your phone model and personalization details before placing an order.


Personalized & Custom Orders

  • Customized, personalized and Exclusive cases are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • If there’s an issue, please contact us with photos of the defect within 7 days of delivery.


How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, email us at support@vividaura.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product issue (if damaged/defective)

  • A clear explanation of the problem

Our team will review your case and get back to you within 2–3 business days.


Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and sale products are non-refundable.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
