Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.

After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds & Eligibility

We only offer refunds in cases of:

Items that arrive damaged or defective.

Orders that are lost in transit and confirmed by the courier.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

We do not refund items due to change of mind, incorrect device model selection, or minor color variations caused by screen/print differences.
Exchanges

As all cases are made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your phone model and personalization details before placing an order.
Personalized & Custom Orders

Customized, personalized and Exclusive cases are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

If there’s an issue, please contact us with photos of the defect within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your case and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.
Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and sale products are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
